The town of Wellesley’s Department of Public Works has an opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical Management Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Management division, you will serve as a trusted internal consultant, partnering with divisions to optimize technology systems and applications. Your work will support department’s operational effectiveness and long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, recommend, implement, and continuously improve departmental systems and technology applications
- Develop, prepare, and monitor budgets, goals, and key performance measures
- Preparing reports, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Lead and support special projects

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance, accounting, or a closely related field, combined with at least 18 months of relevant professional experience — including work in budget/accounting, municipal government, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Schedule
- 40 hours/Week
- Anticipated Salary Range: $73,000 – $86,000, depending on qualifications
