The town of Southborough is seeking applicants for FT Maintenance Technician. Duties include rough framing, finish work, painting, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, snow removal, custodial tasks, etc.
Requires: HS diploma [technical school, or the equivalent] driver’s license, five years experience in building maintenance/construction, physical aptitude, and OSHA familiarity. Evening/weekend on-call periods also a job requirement.
Candidates with advanced carpentry skills or a Construction Supervisor’s License are preferable. Pay range is $53,830 – $71,032. Submit resume/cover letter to personnel@southboroughma.com by Sept. 29.
