The town of Norfolk is seeking a Local Building Inspector. Under the direction of the Building Commissioner, this permanent, part-time, 20 hours per week position, supports the Building Commissioner in the enforcement of the Massachusetts State Building Code (780 CMR), the town of Norfolk Zoning Bylaws, and other applicable regulations. Starting rate: $37.20/hr. to $39.08/hr. Starting pay is based on qualifications and experience. The town offers a generous benefits package.
