Statement of Duties

The Land Use & Development Coordinator provides technical, administrative, and customer service support to the Department of Community and Economic Development, Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA), Planning Board, Historic District Committee, Open Space and Recreation Planning Committee, Affordable Housing Trust, and other boards and committees as well as inspectional services. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that legal documents are executed with a high level of accuracy and within legal time constraints.

A candidate for this position should have a bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience in a municipal or general office setting.
