The Land Use Coordinator is responsible for the supervision of department staff, budgeting, oversight of grant applications, and various functions relative to land use related boards and committees in promoting the town’s interests through bylaws, plans, programs, and outreach efforts to address needs for affordable housing, land use, economic development, and conservation. Performs other related work as required. Pre-employment exam and CORI required. Supervisors Union, Grade/Step Range: F1-F2 ($32.54-$33.20/hr, commensurate with experience and negotiable schedule between 25-30hrs/wk), fully benefited, exempt.
