The town of Westminster is accepting applications for a part-time, non-benefited, Land Use Administrative Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities: Providing administrative support in assisting the Building Commissioner, Town Planner, and other land use departments. Position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and writing skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering questions and providing information to applicants/contractors, the general public, other departments and volunteer boards/committees as needed.

Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of three to five years of related work experience in an office environment; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. Microsoft Office experience and good oral and written communication skills is preferred.

Pay rate $18.42 – $22.55 per hour based on experience.
