The town of Westminster is accepting applications for a part-time, non-benefited, Land Use Administrative Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities: To assists Building Commissioner, Town Planner, Zoning Board and others with a variety of administrative tasks. Position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and writing skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering questions and providing information to applicants/contractors, the general public, other departments and volunteer boards/committees as needed.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of three to five years of related work experience in an office environment; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
Pay rate is $18.98-$23.23 per hour, based on experience.
