The town of Concord is seeking a full-time Information Technology (IT) Operations Manager to manage the Town’s operational IT infrastructure, including software, security, and lifecycle of systems. Involved in budgeting, procurement, planning and infrastructure replacement. The division currently has a CIO and three Information Systems Technicians as well as a third-party MSP that assists with help desk requests and system/server administration. Position requires strong knowledge of Windows environments and Office. Candidates must have effective communication, customer service and administrative skills. A valid driver’s license is required.
