This position acts as a tier 1 support to 200+ end-users for PC and network related issues. Responsibilities include:

  • Trouble shooting Microsoft Office 365, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, & mobile devices.
  • Responding to trouble tickets by working closely with end users to resolve or identify problems.
  • Performing desktop & telecom deployments & physical moves.
  • Maintaining hardware inventory system & assists in hardware evaluation/procurement.
  • Acting as lead in cybersecurity efforts & coordination with state training programs.
  • Helping implement security of the IT infrastructure & systems & executes short/long-term plans for eliminating security risks.
