This position acts as a tier 1 support to 200+ end-users for PC and network related issues. Responsibilities include:
- Trouble shooting Microsoft Office 365, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, & mobile devices.
- Responding to trouble tickets by working closely with end users to resolve or identify problems.
- Performing desktop & telecom deployments & physical moves.
- Maintaining hardware inventory system & assists in hardware evaluation/procurement.
- Acting as lead in cybersecurity efforts & coordination with state training programs.
- Helping implement security of the IT infrastructure & systems & executes short/long-term plans for eliminating security risks.
