The town of Clinton is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve under the dual supervision of the Town Administrator and School Superintendent. The Human Resources Manager serves as a key member of the management team and will cooperatively work with leadership to effectively administer and oversee the human resource functions for the town and school in accordance with the federal, state and local regulations including, but not limited to, recruiting/hiring, compensation/benefits, performance, progressive discipline, risk management, records management, and policy/procedure compliance.
