Wellesley Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to assist in overseeing all district HR operations, taking primary responsibility for key transactional and employee lifecycle functions. Under the supervision of the HR Director, this vital role handles talent acquisition by approving job requisitions, managing the online recruitment and applicant tracking system, coordinating substitute educator assignments, and overseeing onboarding and exit processes. The manager maintains the electronic Personnel Action Form system and generates essential documentation like appointment, change of status, and contract renewal letters. Additionally, the successful candidate will administer employee leave processes by reviewing/processing documentation and coordinating with payroll and town HR teams. Serving as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, the manager ensures compliance with district, state, and federal regulations. They also provide crucial technical backup for background checks, process district Tuition Reimbursement requests, and continuously leverages technology to enhance departmental efficiency.
