Job Description
The Town of Braintree is seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, leave management (FMLA, ADA), onboarding and offboarding. The Generalist ensures consistency in policy application and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, with four years of human resources experience; or associate’s degree in human resources management, with six years of human resources experience.; municipal experience and knowledge of labor relations are highly preferred. Certification with the Society of Human Resources Management is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $79,856.94 – $94,602.71
