HR Generalist will provide administrative and professional work of a complex, confidential nature to support all functions of the HR Department including recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations, labor relations and other tasks as determined by the Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, human resources, or related field; previous municipal experience highly desirable.
