The town of Ashland seeks a full-time (40 hours) Human Resources Director who will further develop strategic partnerships to enhance employee engagement, performance, appreciation and wellness. The Director is responsible for recruitment and hiring, personnel policies, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing workers compensation and 111F claims, labor relations including collective bargaining, training, administering employee benefit programs, and payroll. Position requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ progressively responsible related experience.
