Great Barrington, Monterey, Sheffield, New Marlborough, and West Stockbridge seek qualified candidates for a new Shared Human Resources Director position. This position will work under the oversight of each Town Manager/Administrator and oversee each town’s Human Resource Department. The Director will be responsible for occupational health and safety, training and development, civil service matters, administering each town’s policies; disciplinary matters; dispute resolution; grievance proceedings; and performance and talent management.
