The Director provides management and oversight of Employment, Compensation, Professional Development, Succession Planning, Health Benefits, Payroll, Unemployment and Workers Compensation Programs. Will provide leadership and expertise in attracting, developing and sustaining a diverse workforce committed to quality public service; responsible for creating and implementing HR policies/procedures/systems in support of strategic objectives as established by Mayor.
