The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support for all HR and payroll functions of the library. This position maintains a high level of confidentiality and provides excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all HR/payroll related inquiries. This position also provides coverage for the administration front office and assists with special projects and tasks as assigned. High school diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university is desirable. Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively, patiently, and courteously; set priorities; use time effectively; work independently; and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail. Previous HR and payroll experience is strongly preferred. HRIS, payroll, human resources and/or labor relations experience desirable. $61,890-$77,320 annually.
