We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant in the HR Department which functions as the Employer for the city of Melrose. It interacts with, supports, guides, and manages everything related to employment across departments. The HR Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support in all facets of department responsibilities including: recruitment, record keeping, A/P, A/R, customer service, benefits administration, injured on duty administration.
The HR Assistant is full-time, non-union, with comprehensive benefits & PTO
The starting salary is $47,539
