The city of Somerville is in search of a Human Resources Manager and a Benefits Manager. The HR Manager supervises the administrative team, is responsible for office-level records management, acts as a liaison between employees and management, streamlines processes and procedures, and provides support for civil service hiring. The Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing the enrollment of employees in the city’s health and welfare benefits programs and ensuring that the benefits offered are cost-effective, affordable, and meet the needs of the city and school employees and retirees.

Salary: $88,326.46 annualized + benefits
