The city of Somerville is in search of a HRIS Specialist. The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Specialist is responsible for managing the evaluation, prioritization, planning, budgeting, execution of and training on new/existing HRIS systems initiatives for the city. After implementation, the employee will create training manuals, offer continuous employee training, troubleshoot user questions, and maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the Human Resources (HR) Department. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
Salary: $92,006.73 annualized, plus benefits
