The city of Cambridge is seeking a HRIS Analyst to play an important role in managing and optimizing the PeopleSoft HRIS system for the city, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position serves as a bridge between the Human Resources, IT, and Budget departments, providing technical expertise, system administration, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making and streamline HR processes.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Three to five years’ experience in HRIS administration, focus on PeopleSoft preferred.
Rate: $82,895.661 – $114,178.076 Annually
