Performs a variety of complex administrative, technical, and professional work in analyzing and administering personnel, payroll deduction programs, benefits, labor relations, applicant tracking, advertising, onboarding and other components of the personnel process. Prepare employee personnel records for approval by Director of Human Resources including, but not limited to, step increases, residency verifications, military leave, ADA Reasonable Accommodation requests, and worker’s compensation, etc. Provides front desk support to members of the general public seeking employment with the city, and other city employees seeking personnel related information or documentation.
