The HR/Employee Experience Manager (Manager) is responsible for the administration and direction of the provision of personnel and human resource services of the town including, but not limited to, labor relations, collective bargaining, employee recruitment, retention, worker’s compensation, training, and compensation of employees, including benefits in accordance with town bylaws, and state/federal law and regulations. The Manager oversees the Human Resources Department for the town and collaborates with, but does not have direct responsibility over, the Human Resources Department of the school district.
