The Human Resources Director reporting to the Mayor guides and manages the overall function of Human Resources Department, including services, policies, and programs for the entire city. The Human Resources Director originates and leads human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and the recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce.
The Human Resources Director serves as an integral part of the administrative leadership team; and assists and advises department heads/managers/supervisors about human resources issues.
