Job Description

The Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is seeking Housing Rehabilitation Specialist consulting services to assist in implementation of multiple municipal housing rehabilitation programs being managed by HRA. Services are needed on or about Oct. 15. It is expected that services will be needed for approximately 20 units of housing and other related technical or support as may be required.

A more detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) is available through the Franklin County Regional Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Please contact Brian McHugh at [email protected] for a copy of the RFP. The RFP will be available from the time of this notice until the due date specified below. HRA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is deemed in its best interests to do so. HRA will be the awarding and contracting authority.

Completed proposals are to be submitted to HRA no later than 2 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 1.
