Brookline seeks a Housing and Community Planning Director to guide policy direction for our Community Development Block grant program and leverage local funding sources for affordable housing, including the Affordable Housing Trust fund and Community Preservation Act.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in planning or related field, five to seven years experience in public planning management, affordable housing and the creation of programs and projects utilizing federal and state grants; master’s degree highly desirable; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver’s license is required. AICP desirable.
