The town of Campton, NH is seeking a full-time Highway Department Administrator to lead the planning, coordination, and operations of the Highway department. Responsibilities include overseeing staff and subcontractors, managing budgets, maintaining a five-year road plan, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring safe, effective maintenance of town roads and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with heavy equipment operations (bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, graders, backhoes).
  • Knowledge of road maintenance practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
  • Ability to perform physical duties as required.


Compensation:
$29.27 – $40.86 per hour, overtime eligible, with a highly competitive benefits package.
