The Conservation Administrator is seeking a respectful, pleasant, motivated, critical thinking individual with a good work ethic and an appreciation for the environment for a demanding public facing municipal office. Working under the direction of the Conservation Administrator, the Head Clerk plays a vital role in supporting the operations of the Conservation Department by efficiently managing administrative tasks and accurately recording meeting minutes. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The individual in this role serves as the first point of contact between the public and the Conservation Commission.

Salary: $53,147.62

Hours: 32.5 hours per week; Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Thursday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; with a one-hour lunch break Monday through Thursday.
