The city of Somerville is in search of a Green Building Facilities Manager. To protect the city’s investment and ensure proper functioning of the energy efficient systems, the Green Building Manager position will oversee the transition from Capital Projects to DPW during the warranty period including maintenance contracts, correctly respond to 311 requests, and generate work plans for DPW’s routine operations and custodial activities. Performs other related duties that may be assigned.
