The Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA) seeks qualified applicants for the position of Grants and Procurement Manager. This position oversees the full lifecycle of grants (securing, managing, reporting) and handles capital procurement activities to ensure compliance with funding guidelines, legal regulations, and organizational budgets. They act as a central liaison for financial compliance, managing vendor contracts, tracking grant spending, and reporting to auditors.
The WRTA is the second-largest Regional Transit Authority in Massachusetts. It provides 26 fixed routes and demand response service to the central Massachusetts region. The service area covers 866 square miles, 37 communities, and a population of 578,000 people.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $80,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience
