The town of Charlestown is soliciting applications for a full-time clerical position at Town Hall. This position works under multiple department heads. Applicant should be adaptable/flexible in order to assist various departments; must possess strong customer service and phone skills; solid knowledge of basic office procedures; cash handling; familiar with MS Office Suite; ability to prioritize and be well organized; and able to attend night meetings, if necessary. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree, certificate or course work in related field preferred with one year of related experience. Municipal experience is a plus. Annual salary is $42,800 and benefits package.
