The town of Randolph Fire Department seeks candidates for the position of Chief of Department.  The Chief of Department within the town of Randolph Fire Department serves as the top-level supervisor for the delivery of fire and rescue services and is involved in the supervision of all activities.  The Chief must have a strong working knowledge of advanced level ambulance services. This is a full-time position which will require scheduling work hours necessary to successfully accomplish the responsibilities, duties, and activities of the Department and Community. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in fire science/administration, public administration or business administration, or any equivalent combination of course work and certifications equaling 120 hours of advanced studies is preferred.  Massachusetts Fire Chief Credentialed preferred. The regularly scheduled work week shall be a minimum of 40 hours per week including but not limited to Monday-Friday; salary is $155,000 to $170,000 per year, BOQ, subject to negotiation.
