The Fire Chief is responsible for managing, supervising and directing all administrative and technical aspects of fire protection, emergency medical services, and Emergency Management for the town of Orange; includes duties as Fire Chief, Forest Fire Warden, Emergency Management Director, Right to Know Coordinator, and Verizon 911 Coordinator. The Fire Chief was established in 2002 as a strong chief pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 48 Section 42. Performs all other related duties as required. FLSA exempt.
