The town of Needham is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Field Assessor. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Assessing, the Field Assessor is responsible for the systematic field data verification and review of personal property, field review of all “New Growth” parcels in the town, mailing of annual income and Expense 38D requests and personal property Forms of Lists as well as collating responses to those requests.

Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesdays 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. $34.41 – $40.39 Hourly
