Facilities Supervisor: Town of Medfield / Medfield Public Schools

The Medfield Public Schools and town of Medfield is seeking applicants for a Facilities Supervisor. This position is responsible for the supervision of the facilities, maintenance and custodial staff as well as providing general maintenance support as directed which includes but not limited to the repair, installation and preventive maintenance on all town buildings, outbuildings, systems and equipment as required. A basic knowledge of all trades, such as plumbing, carpentry and HVAC to assist in all building projects is required.

Proven ability to provide clear direction, thorough guidance and supervision to all coordinators/maintenance/custodial staff members and vendors and contractors.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate well with staff, school community and town residents. Must be focused on maintaining a positive Facilities team environment.

High school diploma; three to five years’ experience in facility maintenance work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary range:  $65K – $75K ±   DOQ
