Non-Union Exempt Grade 18

Starting Salary Range $95,564.50. – $115,633.82

Salary Range Exceeds Hiring Range

This position performs supervisory, administrative, and technical work responsible to ensure that all town and school buildings have a preventative maintenance plan and develop and maintain equipment and system maintenance logs.

  • Manages staff and building schedules
  • Manages work orders and directs employees
  • Oversees training and certifications as it relates to staff positions
  • Manages AHERA books
  • Schedules overtime and resources for projects and special requests
  • Facilitates building safety inspections
  • Oversees and verifies payroll
  • Working with unions and manages collective bargaining agreements
  • Develops and maintains equipment and system maintenance logs and preventative plans
  • Responsible for purchasing and procurement.
  • Must be on call after hours and weekends 24/7.
  • Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.

Associate degree in Facilities-related fields or equivalent. OSHA 10. Construction Supervisor License preferred. MCPPO Certification preferred. Google, AV software experience, security software experience, and work-order-systems experience.

Eligible for the town’s comprehensive benefit package, working 40 hours weekly.
