The town of Bourne, an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, has an opening for a full-time Facilities Manager. We are seeking reliable and responsible candidate who will be responsible for performing a variety of duties which require the exercise of considerable judgment and initiative in planning and implementing programs, determining the scope and scheduling of projects, managing facilities, and dealing with various departments, contractors and the general public.
Qualifications and Education:
A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, civil engineering or related field is preferred; minimum of five years’ experience in building and facilities maintenance and constructions, at least three of which are in a supervisory capacity; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full/Part Time & Hours
Full-time position (37.5 hours/week.)
Salary
Starting range: $86,307 – $90,226. This is a benefited position with dental, health, PTO and retirement.
