The town of Duxbury seeks qualified applicants for a Facilities Director. Responsible for and maintains a 10-year capital improvement plan for town and school buildings, oversees and participates in maintenance and construction of municipal and school owned buildings and properties, monitors and schedules maintenance of buildings, performs responsible technical and supervisory work in planning, reviewing, scheduling of maintenance, repair and construction work. Minimum of 7-10 years facilities management experience, BS in facilities management, engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree in Facilities Management preferred.

Pay is $111,601 to $156,242. Actual salary dependent upon qualifications.
