The ED of Employee Engagement oversees and manages all aspects of the district’s human resource functions and staff. Working in conjunction with the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, and the district’s leadership team, the Director leads district-wide efforts to be highly strategic and successful in the areas of recruitment and selection, staffing and onboarding, performance management, retention, and other talent management functions.
