The Executive Assisstant will perform administrative functions to include billing, accounts payable, maintaining budget with oversite from commission and Water/Sewer Superintendent, main point of contact for vendors, residents and anyone needing assistant from the water/sewer department, prepare agenda and minutes to meetings along with many other duties. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to communicate and interact with the public, other departments, vendors and other agencies with a professional manner.
