The town of Lenox is seeking qualified, intrinsically motivated candidates for the position of Executive Assistant in the Town Manager’s Office. Appointed by and reporting to the Town Manager, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. Supervisory and management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervision in the areas of risk management, licensing, and appointments. Other administrative duties include direct communication with constituents and outside entities, scheduling and managing the Town Manager’s time, and preparation of materials for Select Board meetings. Occasional attendance at evening meetings is required. Lenox takes pride in the quality of its services and its relationship with the town’s citizenry. Requires motivated self-starter capable of maintaining the highest level of personal integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Midpoint for salary is $60,000/year.
