The town of Tyngsborough, Mass. seeks qualified applicants for the 40 hrs./wk. position of Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator and Board of Selectmen. (BOS) This position is appointed by the BOS and will provide administrative, technical, and executive secretarial support for the Town Administrator and the Board of Selectmen. The Assistant will process new and existing licenses and permits for the BOS, be responsible for compiling information packets and agendas for BOS meetings and for organizing and producing the Annual Town Report. Other job functions include: compiling documents, maintaining filing systems, requires access to town-wide confidential information.
