Spencer Emergency Medical Services Office Manager/Billing Specialist: The town of Spencer is seeking candidates for the position of Office Manager/Billing Specialist for the Emergency Medical Services department to oversee daily administrative and financial operations for the department. This role manages accounts payable and receivable, processes patient payments, prepares and reviews payroll timesheets, maintains departmental records, and ensures accurate filing and reporting.

The Office Manager/Billing Specialist will also provide customer service to patients by phone, email, and in person, coordinate billing communications, verify insurance and demographic information, update EMS charts, and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations. Additional responsibilities include updating the department website, maintaining the department budget, ordering office and safety supplies, and performing other related administrative duties as needed.

This is a full time position 40 hours per week with a hourly range from $24.93 to $31.87 DOQ, with comprehensive benefits.
