This position installs, maintains, repairs and/or initiates repairs on all city-owned buildings and property electrical systems. Which includes but not limited to- electric, electronic, and electro-mechanical controls, fire alarms, security systems, communication equipment, lighting (interior/exterior), building management systems such as – heating and ventilation, air conditioning, cooling towers, pumps, and motors etc.
