Applications are being accepted for a full-time Elections Coordinator to support our Town Clerk’s Office.

The anticipated hiring range is $31.01 to $34.95 per hour, with excellent benefits and is part of the municipal pension system.

This individual will assist the Town Clerk in the responsibilities of the administration of fair and accurate elections, and census. Duties include coordinating and administering federal, state and local elections with the Town Clerk; collaborating with the Town Clerk to oversee, direct and manage all election functions; establishing methods and best practices for the maintenance and safeguarding of election records, and more.

The qualified candidate will be willing to learn municipal election processes and demonstrate ability to work independently; have knowledge of and experience with Massachusetts General Laws pertaining to municipal elections and have experience in project planning and office administration.
