Position responsible for administrative, technical and supervisory work in managing the maintenance, repair, renovation and construction of town buildings and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and safety. Bachelor’s in engineering or related field. Five to seven years’ experience in building and facilities maintenance and construction or any combination of education, training and experience. Must possess valid driver’s license and obtain Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official within one year of hire. Construction supervisor license desirable.
