In this rewarding role, you will lead a dedicated team, foster exciting intergenerational partnerships with local schools, and serve as a trusted advisor as we plan for a fantastic new senior/community center space.
What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Three to five years of experience working with older adults and managing a diverse team.

Exceptional communication, adaptability, and case management skills.

A heart for inclusivity, community advocacy, and strong relationship-building.
Salary: $80,000 – $93,000 (depending on qualifications). Excellent benefits package included!
