The city of Cambridge is seeking a Director of Camp Rainbow who will oversee the administration, management, and supervision of a comprehensive summer camp program serving children ages six to 21 with disabilities. Manage all aspects of seasonal staff recruitment and hiring, Work closely with the Assistant Director regarding the planning, marketing, promotion, and scheduling of Camp Rainbow. Weekly meetings with Activities Coordinator, provide supervision and leadership to Head Teachers and camp counselors, and other tasks as assigned.
Minimum of three years’ experience supervising, administering, and leading out-of school time or special education programming with participants ages six to 21 preferred. Two or more years of experience adapting and implementing programs to meet the needs of students on IEP, 504, or other behavioral plans.
RATE: $51,241-$70,941 annually$27.00-$33.00 hourly
