This role performs professional, supervisory, and technical work relating to managing the assessment and appraisal function for the town of Salisbury. This includes establishing property valuations, preparing tax rates with accompanying schedules and taxable property inventory lists, defending assessments, maintaining records, and all other aspects of MGL Chapter 59, 61, 60A, 60B, 61A, and 61B.
