The town of Saugus has an exciting opportunity to direct the staff, operations, and programs of the Saugus on Aging to plan, develop, implement, and advocate for programs and services offered to the elderly citizens of the town of Saugus, including transportation, homemaking, recreation, education, nutritional, and social services. The work is performed under the general direction of the Town Manager.

Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field; master’s degree preferred; and five years of case work experience with the elderly; or equivalent. A Massachusetts LICSW license is preferred and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license is required.

This is a full-time position, eligible for the town’s complete benefits package, including pension plan.
